Scope
ClipDiver is a private tool used only by its operator to publish videos to the operator's own accounts. It has no public users and no sign-up. This policy explains what data the service handles when those accounts are connected.
Data we collect

The service does not collect data about other people's accounts, followers or viewers, and does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
How data is used and shared
Data is used only to publish the operator's videos and to check that they were published. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising. It is shared only with the platform it comes from, as needed to publish.
YouTube
ClipDiver uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke ClipDiver's access at any time from your Google security settings. ClipDiver's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Data is stored on a server located in the European Union, accessible only by the operator over encrypted connections. Tokens are kept only while the account is connected.
Retention
Tokens and profile data are deleted within 30 days after an account is disconnected. Post links and statistics are kept for up to 24 months for the operator's own records, then deleted.
How to delete your data
- Disconnect the account from the platform: TikTok (Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions), YouTube (Google security settings) or Instagram (Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites).
- Or email contact@clipdiver.site with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account name.
All data linked to the account is deleted within 30 days, and a confirmation is sent by email.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the contact address above. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
