Who we are
ClipDiver ("the service") is operated by Nail El Idrissi, an individual based in France ("the operator"). Contact: contact@clipdiver.site.
What the service is
ClipDiver is a private tool that creates short vertical video clips from long videos and publishes them to social media accounts owned by the operator. It is not offered to the public and has no sign-up. Only the operator can connect accounts or publish content.
Connected platforms
The service connects to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram through their official APIs and OAuth. Using the service with these platforms also means accepting their own terms:
Access to a connected account can be removed at any time from that platform's settings, or by writing to the contact address above.
Content rules
Only content that the operator owns or is licensed to use is published. Every clip is reviewed by a person before publication. Paid or sponsored clips carry a clear advertising disclosure, as required by French law and by each platform's rules. The service is never used to publish spam, to inflate views or engagement artificially, or to post content that breaks a platform's rules.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, reach or results. The operator is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms, such as removing a post or limiting an account.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
